What exactly is the Republicans platform...

Anyone reading knows Clarksville Voter and TomD are going all in on the Republicans

And Sleepy is all in on McEwen.

I don't think the Republican platform is pandering for votes thru deception and flipping on their word.

Sleepy, you think I am all in for the Republicans because I have tried to rebuke your completely one sided and usually fabricated or mostly false statements.

I have voted for many Democrat town board candidates in the past, rarely was that a good choice.

My sideline quarterbacking and State Audits have opened my eyes to those mistakes.

I did consider voting for 3 Democrats that have opposition in this election. There is one current member that I thought has been an improvement over past board members. There also is one so called New Democrat, that actually is new, that I thought might be a good choice.

Those candidates that I thought might be good, have made my decision easier by breaking their word.

I respect other peoples opinions and views, even if they differ from mine.

I don't respect changing positions simply to try and find something to get votes.

I rarely vote Republican, but in Clarksville town board elections, Republicans seem to be the much better choice.

I would love to know the Republican platform??

Grayarea....You made a funny statement about King and Maybe a guy named

Culpepper will reappear.  Heck I check into that, the guy you name has been the

insurance agent for over 30 years.

Perhaps you could ask Mr. fetter, Mr. Hauber  and Mr. Gilkey if he provides good insurance?

The others have been there forever so they must like him.   Perhaps the 3 above could fill us in

as to the insurance.

It seems Clarksville has about 7 million dollars in the insurance account.   Seems good.

Others are more knowledgeable then me, but 7 million in your insurance account seems healthy.

Go VOTE MEN And Go Vote Women

PS.   Do the cars the old timer  is using to help the Repubs get taken away after the election?

I am Not Confused

I have heard the Democrats talk about and put in print the following:

1. Making I -65 and Eastern Blvd Gateways

2. South End Development Plan

3. Master Plan for flooding

4. Town Spending Priorities.

5. Response to Residents.

These are issues that matter.

Other then District Voting and A Town Bureaucrat  I have not seen or heard much

from the Republicans.

Just My opinion.   Go Vote Go Vote Go Vote

As Ronald Reagan might say "Well, there you go again".

Again posting false or hearsay information without getting the facts.  Perhaps your guy should give you better information?

The current balance in the insurance fund is about 4.3 million (end of October)...much less than the fictitious 7 million you quote.    Since Clarksville's health insurance plan is partially self-funded, a healthy balance is required to pay current claims and maintain a reserve for catastrophic claims.

I am confused.

I have seen many things the Dems have printed, in the past few months in mailers or at their website, that they have now printed the opposite. I don't know what is true.

1. Both roads always have been gateways. Weber nursery must need work. Always been the way they make Gateways in the past, plant a few flowers.       Probably kickbacks involved. Bids posted on contracts?

2. Been talked about for decades. Plan talked about now is based on an Old Democrat plan, now a New Dem plan.

3. Much work completed already. Lots being done now or in plans for the near future. Your a little late.

4. Town miss-spending in the past is the reason for this to be a priority.

5. Should be a no-brainer as you have said in the past. The Dems shown they don't respond.

You act like Democrats own those issues.

They are needs both sides talk about and all citizens want, but needs one group has abused or neglected.

Many of the things Democrats put in writing have been flip-flopped on already.

Will those issues be next?

I know Sleepy you say "trust us".

Many contradictory things have been printed by the New Democrats .

Really? You expect anyone to believe the Democrats on anything?

Look at their past.

Look at the past 2 weeks.

Whats it gonna be next week?

Next year?

Mr. King?

Nothing new about Charlie King. Nothing honorable about being on a past Clarksville council in which numerous problems existed. Shoot, you think we'll see Culpepper Cooper reappear if Charlie's elected again. As always, I'm sure Charlie will say a bunch of good, timely, things about him.

Can you tell us more?  I've heard stories, but do you know the facts?

Not aware of any scoop.  King was on the council when they bought the land

and built the town hall...Seems like a very good move.  I was just a kid back then.

Sleepy...although there is little that us on here can do to control the vote tomorrow, I am just not as convinced as to just what "vision" the new and other regurgitate candidate have for Clarksville. I haven't seen anything in writing that convinces me that a lot of thought has been put into it. I have seen a lot of thought being put into deceiving the voters. Plain and simple.

But, as you say....go vote tomorrow.

We can do something to help the vote tomorrow. We all have 5 to 10 friends in our phone books that aren't going to vote tomorrow. If we all make a few calls and get just a few of them to vote tomorrow, it can make a difference. The people you call probably know a few also. If several people make a few calls, we can make a difference.
