From an article on the NT website today, written by Aprile Rickert:

CLARKSVILLE — Tracking local court cases will soon get a little easier for law enforcement, prosecutors and offenders.

On Oct. 19, the Clarksville Town Council unanimously voted in favor of a resolution that would allow the Clarksville Town Court to move to Odyssey Case Management Systems, a program which would provide online access to Indiana court records and scheduling to anyone with internet.

The records will include any from jurisdictions that use the system, including Clark County, and soon Clarksville. New Albany and Jeffersonville City Courts are not on the system.

That was actually a smart move for Clarksville. Another step in the right direction for a forward moving town!
