Just reviewing the great "Mobile Patrol" app and it appears the girls coach was in the slammer last night for Public Intoxication. Seems to be a growing trend with our educators these days.

With the attitudes of some kids and parents, I'd be driven to drinking too! :)

Note: The book referred to

was not to be critical

of any coach.

Just the opposite!

It just a little humor for the CCC readers.

Maybe there could be a book for the public to read

to find out how to deal with some really stuck up elected public officials.....

This is far from funny but.........there is more truth to your statement than you can ever know.

EN published an article and in said article it states the coach was in a neighbor's driveway and hid upon the neighbor entering the driveway. White said he was checking on the welfare of the neighbor's wife. Maybe he was but the chain of events sound awful sketchy to me.

Sorry, but this quote from his attorney, Larry Wilder just about made me throw up.

“I'm impressed that he chose to lead by example,” Wilder said. “He's a very successful part of the community and he felt like that was the only way he could continue to have the young people of the community appreciate what he taught on the court and the classroom was to take responsibility.”

Not surprised --- I believe a school board member who pleaded guilty to felony theft and is on probation for four years is still on the Board. --- I think she had the same attorney.   No ethics --- poor, poor example for young people.  Mr. White was a very good teacher for many years, but he had the ethics to resign after being arrested.  Too bad our school board member didn't.
