SUMthin' in'is WHOLE deal stinks......an' I mean it reeks more'n ANYthin' 'at the Kruger dude smells down his way on a 100+ day....

Yeah, it reeks to high heavens!  Unless, and until, we hold people accountable for crimes against children, this trend will continue. 

 

Currently, child protection services are increasingly outsourced to for-profit private entities.  Those businesses are reluctant to remove questionable fosters because that affects their bottom line.  State run CPS share the blame, funding cuts and little oversight, social workers maxed out with caseloads . . . vulnerable children are being thrown to the wolves and all we do is slap wrists when they're caught.
