It was just announced today that Wild and Wooly Video in the Highlands is closing March 23, one of the greatest locations to visit for rare cinematic presentations. With it closing and the famous Westport Rd. Gattiland closing last week, will we see a new up-and-coming hard-to-find movie/pizza place rise up in Jeffersonville or New Washington to win over the now displaced market of Kentuckiana?

With the majority of video consumption moving to online streaming, I don't know if any brick and mortar video stores can survive. Even for many people using actual DVD's, Redbox seems to be the hot ticket...

New Washington had a video store til about 2 years ago.  Heck , they don't even had a redbox out that way yet.  As stated, with online options, the video storer is a thing of the past.  Wild and Wooly did a great job  filling a niche' with a good client base.  Too bad most of that client base has grown upo and/or moved on.
