Yum! What salad dressings? Everybody likes ranch and honey mustard (except me!) There are a lot of flavors out there . . . Creamy Italian, Green Goddess, and, my favorite, Sun Dried Tomatoes. A cheap substitute for garlic bread is hot dog/hamburger buns coated with garlic butter & Italian herbs and toasted. On Thursday, Sept. 12th, I will be there (with my daughter) at 3:30 pm and can stay to the end. St. Luke's is located at Maple & Walnut.

Thanks Donna !

pssst GG.....don't tell anyone but Donna's address does diddly squat for me  will you send me directions coming on HWY 62 please? I know where the court house is and where OPTIONS used to be and that is pretty much it! I know Maple and Walnut are somewhere in that vicinity but..........

 Ok, I'll try to help! Courthouse...Court Avenue. Pass the courthouse going west, toward the interstate, for 2 blocks...turn left on Walnut St, it's across from the post office. Once on Walnut, next intersection is Walnut/Maple. Church is on the southwest corner...go through that intersection and park on the street beside the church or there is a parking lot behind the church you can get to from Walnut. We will use the Walnut Street door for access. Hope this helps!

GG, just let me know what time you want me....I can come as early and stay as late as needed. I can bring anything needed also. What kind of desert are we doing? I make a pretty decent cobbler for a crowd if they have LARGE....LONG pans.

Overit, the church kitchen does have sheet cake pans we can use, and no one else has mentioned desserts other than possibly making cakes...bet your cobbler would be a hit. What ingredients would you need?

I know when spaghetti is served for Loaves & Fishes, the cheese is just kept at the serving lines and guests asked if they'd like some. The workers then put it on.

Still must plan to feed 75-100 folk. If we end up with extra food, we can donate to the Youth Shelter on Chestnut St. or Haven House or the Community Kitchen.

Overit, we will serve at 6 so your grandsons would be there in time to serve. We'd love to have them join us. My granddaughters (13 nd 16) should be there, too.
