I haven't seen any complaints lately, is the water okay now since they are using this new Chemical?*

Depends on who you ask.  Last week there was a flurry of comments and pics on facebook about the brown water.  The Mayor reports that complaints are significantly down - like to only 7 a month or something like that.  Either the water is better, or people are tired of complaining about it.

I have had brown water once in the since the new program.  Last week.  Water company employees's said it seems to be getting better, with very few complaints.  They said the lines furthest from the treatment pump will be the last to clear up and that is what they are seeing.

There was a tv news story about it again w/i the last week. Wave 3. Showed a jug full of the stuff that came out of one woman's faucet. I feel for those living with that. Clean water seems like such a basic "luxury."

We have a bucket full of brown water from our unfiltered tap. We also have our water tested once a month and manganese and copper are still at a level above epa safety levels. No one listens.  We are keeping data and will chart it soon.

If complaints had tripled, the mayor would still tell you that complaints were down.  He has no regard for the truth, as he repeatedly demonstrates.  I think people have given up on this.  We will never get good water as long as Bob Hall is mayor.

Where does Charlestown get their water?  I have Marysville-Otisco-Nabb water, which purchases from both Stucker Fork and Charlestown.  My water was dirty much earlier this year but has been clean for several months.

No change in my area of Glendale Subdivision. It's still very brown, sometimes black. I gave up calling months ago because all I was told each time was to add bleach. I still buy bottled water at the Jay C. I was very disappointed in the store a few weeks ago when they ran out.
